JRE2000 spinning machine cleaning agent is widely used for cleaning the equipment such as heated plate and heat pipe etc of elastic yarn machine, drafting machine and crimping machine and the surface oil scale of the components (in addition, it has the functions of oil dirt remove for the heavy oil scale of industry and kitchen ventilator etc). The main characteristic is the product contains high efficient penetrant and compound surface activator , so it has very good oil removing effect for the stubborn carbon- polluted and burnt oil scale for spinning machine It can keep the surface of the equipment clean and bright and produce no static electricity after cleaning , thus improving the heat transfer effect and product quality.

The cleaning principle for foam cleaning agent : It :can fully adhere to the inner side of reeling path with the slop of 45o for about 10 minutes ,then fully moisten and saponifiedly expand the burnt scale. With the disappearance of the foam, the scale dissolved flows down along the reeling path of spinning machine with the solution defoamed, wipe with the wet cloth or flush with water. When the other water aqua is sprayed, there is no time to dissolve the scale, i,e it will flow down along the reeling path or falls down vertically on the slope, so the scale can only be removed by means of copper rod, which will damage the equipment to certain extent for long time use, meanwhile the both sides and outside of the reeling path can't be cleaned.

The products of our institute has the best effect when cleaning under the normal temperature (10-60°C) and the cleaning agent is easy to be vaporized when the temperature is higher than 60°C, in this way, the cleaning effect can't be obtained. The method for application is to insert the red tube into the nozzle and become 90 degree angle to the tank body, the white cleaning agent will soon ejected out by pushing slightly the valve after shaking the container evenly. The injection area is at 2/3 from the upper part to the lower part of the reeling path and the cleaning agent after foam removing will flow from the top to the bottom, which can save the consumption of cleaning agent. The products should be stored at the ambient temperature of 10--40°C.
