The product is of opal liquid, has the function of cooling, lubrication, cleaning and rust-prevention and can make the processing such as lathing, grinding, drilling ,milling and blanking etc instead of emulsified oil. It can improve the smooth finish of the processed part surface, reduce the friction between the cutting tools and workpieces, decrease the cutting resistance and prolong the service life of the cutting tools. The products have no stimulus to the hands of operators, do not damage the painting of the lathes, has a long service life and do not have smelliness because of deterioration in summer. With the application period over two times loner than that of emulsified oil, it has certain cleaning ,rust preventing performances and concentration used is 3-5%.
