Metal Ultrasonic Detergent (Type JRE-209)

The metal ultrasonic detergent recently developed by our institute is specific for spinning jets of chemical fibers and filters. This product contains strong penetrating agent and imported high-efficiency surface active agent. Hence, it has very good cleaning effects for oil scale and carbon dirt on spinning jets and their parts. It can promote the heat-transfering effects of equipment and the quality of products.
Cleaning of Spinning Jets: After high-temperature burning, the spinning jet is immersed into the solution prepared from this product and cleaned via the ultrasonic wave. The concentration of the solution: 5-8%; temperature for ultrasonic cleaning: 50-90℃; time for ultrasonic cleaning: 70-100 min; after the cleaning it should be rinsed with water, and dried via compressed air or heating.

Use Method:

  • Cleaning of Spinning Jets: After high-temperature burning, the spinning jet is immersed into the solution prepared from this product and cleaned via the ultrasonic wave.   • Cleaning of Filters: The filter should be washed with triethylene glycol first and then washed with this product. The concentration is 10%,cleaning temperature>95℃, and cleaning time: 60-120 min.
  • Cleaning of Other Parts: Solution concentration: 5%; ultrasonic temperature>95℃; ultrasonic cleaning time: 10-15 min.

  Precautions:
Rubber gloves should be worn in operation, to avoid the direct contact with skin, and its spraying into the eyes should be prevented. This product contains strong oxidants and should be stored in ventilated and dry warehouses, and moisture and water should be prevented.
