JRE-2003 quick paint stripper has the features of quick paint stripping ( within 1-3 minutes), easily to be flushed, no corrosive and incombustible to the metal, so it has been widely used for the old paint stripping of the equipment and the products in the trades such as automobiles, ship building, mechanical and chemical industry, telecommunication etc and removing the paint of vinyl perchloride, nitro-group and polyurethane etc in particular. Appearance: light brown liquid Paint stripping rate:=98 Ph value= 1.5 Specific gravity: 1.15 Burning point: Incombustible Volatility=Distilled water Application: Brush the equipment surface with the brush dipped with paint stripper, 2-3 minutes later, the painting layer will crisp, wipe it with rag or remove it with shovel, then flush with clean water. If there is rust on the surface of the metal, the rust removing and preventive agent of our institute can be used together. The primer and top-coat can be brushed after rust is cleaned. |
