Welcome to our new website! On behalf of all stuff members at Zhixing, I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude to people in all walks of life who have over the years consistently lent a helping hand to our company's website information construction and corporate development. Zhixing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990 and was the first company in China's activated carbon industry to register English domain name http://www.acticarbon.com and Chinese domain name in 1997, in order to conduct e-commerce in a proactive manner. Through more than a decade of strenuous efforts, our company has achieved substantial progress. We have the right to engage in importation and exportation and it has obtained ISO90001-2000 International Quality Management System certification. In 2003, our company was honored by Fujian Provincial Administration of Industry & Commerce as an enterprise "strictly honoring contracts and maintaining the highest business ethics", received a AAA rating from the Agricultural Bank of China Fujian Branch, and was designated by Fujian Administration of Village & Township Enterprises as a "Fujian Provincial Level Backbone Industry in the Agricultural Produce Processing Industry". In 2006, we realized an output of 10,000 tons, a production value of 43 million RMB, total assets of 29 million RMB and net assets of 29.8 million RMB.
To expand our company, develop it into an enterprise with the highest standards and tremendous strength and quickly improve its core competitiveness, we spent RMB 36 million in 2007 and acquired a land plot of 135 mu (approximately 6.7 hectares) to build an activated carbon series production line with an annual capacity of 15,000 tons; the project is to be put into production in Oct. 2008, which will allow the company to become a backbone enterprise in China's wooden activated carbon manufacturing and export sector. With the corporate service guideline of "providing a total solution to clients' needs" and its operating philosophy of "being market-oriented, quality-focused and people-based and thriving through first-rate products", the Company places strong emphasis on building mutually beneficial partnerships with business partners, actively advocates ethic operations, and makes strenuous efforts to enhance employees' loyalty, dedication, initiative and professionalism, and builds a corporate culture themed around sincerity and integrity, so that we can repay the kindness of our society with more fruitful results.
