1. Introduction: Rosin resin series tackifier is a kind of emulsion with high solid content emulsified by rosin, modified rosin ester (or terpene resin, petroleum resin) and macromolecular surfactant through unique dispersion technology. During preparation, there is no discharge of VOC and no need to use any volatile organic solvent. The product belongs to environment friendly emulsion type tackifying products, with apparent tackifying effect and wide compatibility.
2. Features:
1.. Unique macromolecular surfactant is adopted to make the products with good emulsion property, apparent tackifying effect, good and wide compatibility.
2. EIP emulsification technology, with narrow grain size distribution, stable quality and long storage period.
3. Can be used in wide PH range, and can be added under neutral or weal-alkaline condition.
4. Low surface tension, little foam, even coating, almost no "fish eye" phenomena.
5. The initial viscosity, holding power and peeling strength can be apparently improved and achieve the best balance point after it is added.
6. Take water as solvent to prepare this product. It belongs to environment friendly product, without any volatile organic solvent.
3. Technical indexes and compatibility:
1. Principal components: rosin (or rosin ester, terpene resin, petroleum resin, etc), macromolucular polymer
2. Appearance: white emulsion
3. PH: 7~7.5
4. Solid content: 50%~55% (can be adjusted in accord with client's requirements)
5. Water solubility: quite easily be dispersed in cold water
6. Grain size: 170~220nm
7 . Stability (25°C): over 6 months
Compatible with acrylate emulsion, VAc, E-VA, NR, SBR, NBR, CR, etc.
4. Range of application:
Rosin resin series tackifier emulsion can be used in non-solvent emulsive bonding agent, and widely used in contact adhesive, complex film adhesive, static flannel planting adhesive, white glue, rubber seires glue and other adhesive as well as various coatings.
5. Application method:
1. Dosage 5~35%, suggested dosage 10~15%; or in accod with cilent's demands for different uses.
2. If the system is acidic, please first adjust the gluing system to about PH 7 with weak alkali, and then uniformly add this series of tackifier.
