FG Deep Cold Bonding Agent |
The FG deep cold bonding agent is a special cold insulation material bonding agent for equipment and pipelines within -196℃ to +60℃, with the petroleum asphalt as the base stock, formed through temperature rise reaction by adding with polymer resin and plasticizer and other materials. It has the properties of strong bonding strength, frost resisting property, and can bond the cellular glass on the deep cold part and PV at the non-deep cold layer, with relatively good flexibility and low temperature bonding strength.
Usage: |
Heat the bonding agent to 180 ℃ to200℃for melting.
Apply the bonding agent melt on cellular glass or polyurethane foam bonding surface with scraper or self-prepared tool, and compact on the equipment or pipeline at the high temperature, and later scrape the surplus part in the clearance after cooling and curing. The bonding agent shall be applied evenly, and bonding seam has no void.
The bonding agent is smelt once it is used, and should not be heated in a long time or with over high temperature, and generally is judged with green, white and yellow smoke; attention should be made, when the smoke is yellow, because it shows the ignition point is approximate. |
