The temperature range of the acid, boron and silicon resistant cellular glass tile is -196°C to +450°C: -- the acid, boron and silicon resistant cellular glass tile is with water and air penetrability of 0.00, 100% close air bubble, and is the only light heat preservation material with 100% water-proof effect, so as to ensure constant and reliable heat preservation effect. The material can be entirely no-inflammable, and does not have any poisonous gas, so it is a fire prevention material that is completely harmful to human body; -- the acid, boron and silicon resistant cellular glass tile is with the expansion shrinkage rate of (6.0×10-6/ °C), which is the lowest among that of the heat insulation materials, basically approximate to that of cement, steel and iron, and it is with size stability and free of crack; – the acid, boron and silicon resistant cellular glass tile is with inorganic silicate material and in independent closed micro pore, integrating with the good performance of traditional material. The product has the properties of low volume weight, high intensity, small coefficient of heat conductivity, no moisture absorption, air tightness, no inflaming, worm prevention, acid and alkali-resistance (except for hydrofluoric acid), no poison, no irradiation, chemical property stability, easy processing, and no deformation, etc. |
