PU Rigid Cellular Plastic |
 |
The PU rigid cellular plastic is a new type low temperature heat insulation material, with the polyester and WDP as the main materials, added with flame retardant, stabilizing agent, foaming agent, etc., forming foam through chemical reaction after mixing and stirring. The pore space is with high Close pore rate and small water absorption. Because its air pore is with foaming agent gas having low coefficient of heat conductivity, and has certain self-extinguishing property, so it is used for heat preservation within the cold and heat insulation. It has the advantages of low coefficient of heat conductivity, high strength, light quality, sound insulation, shock prevention, insulation, strong floating property, stable chemical property, convenient construction method, etc. And it is widely applied in the petroleum, chemical, ethylene, refrigerator, food storage, home refrigerator and partition, wall panel in the building industry and other industries. When being used, it can be prefabricated to be plate or pipe shell and other products, and also can be through site spray coating or perfusion foaming. |
