TN-1 bonding agent

The IN-1 bonding agent is a PU bonding agent with single component, free of solvent, with the basic ingredients polyether, additive, flame retardant, addition agent, etc. It is free of irritable odor, poison, and can be under construction at room temperature. It is convenient for brushing and spraying, and with long application time. It can be cured naturally after bonding at the normal temperature. After curing, the bonding agent is insoluble, with quite good waterproof property.
Main Purposes:

1 .Used in the heat insulation engineering, bonding rock wool, ceramic wool, asbestos, cellular glass, PU, PVC, cellular plastic, and other heat insulation materials.
2 .Used for manufacturing the compound rock wool board, ceramic wool board, calcium silicate board. 
3 .Used for the bonding between metal and metal, metal and PVC, metal and rubber, woods, cement, wood and decorative board, rubber and glass, wood and wood, rubber and rubber and other materials for the machinery, wood, plastics, rubber, electric engineering, instrument, and other industries.
Usage:

1 .Surface treatment: firstly clean the oil dirt or dust on the bonding surface.
2 .Gluing: adopt the single surface sizing method, and apply the glue evenly on the base surface with the hackle scraper or painting equipment.
3 .Bonding: Lay the materials to be bonded on the glued base surface, and do not press after bonding; the bonding effect will be better with slight pressure.
4 .Curing: At 25 °C ,AND RH100%(humidity),the bonding strength can be realized within 4h,and can realize the same effect in winter after special processing,and it can be used 24 to 48h at normal temperature.

Packaging and Storage:
1 .Packaging: the product sealed and packaged by filling with nitrogen, barrel specification: 10kg, 25kg per plastic barrel, 50kg, 100kg per iron tank.
2 .Storage: it should be stored in indoor storehouse or low temperature storehouse, with effective storage period of 6 months.
