●　　Fill up a preparatory tank to two-third of the volume with water， and heat it up to 65-70。C；add NiSO4.6H2O and NiCL2.6H2O, and mix them up until they are completely dissolved.
　　Add NiCO3 or 4% NaOH and adjust the PH level to 5.2.  
●　Add 2.5ml/l H2O2(diluted in water) and 2.5ml/l active carbon, and mix them up for several hours. After precipitation for a whole night, filter the solution carefully into the working tank. Now rinse the filter pump and then put in some active carbon. 
●　Add H3BO3 and adjust the PH level to 4.0 with diluted H2SO4 
●　Electrolyze the solution at 0.1-0.5 A/m2 with waved pseufdo-cathode for over 12 hours, or until the deposit in LCD is changed from dark to beige.
●　Finally, add the above additives, and get the solution ready for use.


●　Working tank：　plastic-lined steel tanks or plastic tanks 
●　Circulating filtration： the solution can be filtered at least 4 times within one hour. It can achieve a better effect if the filtration pump is added with  0.6g/l active carbon between each 40 working hours.　　

 

softener HN-5（2X）：　reducing internal stress, increasing softness and improving throwing power at LCD area 
assistant HN-1：　　　　Improving brightness, performing a better leveling. It will also create a more symmetric coat with more brightness in LCD area.
brightener HN-BP：　　　　combined with HN-5(2X) and HN-1, it will get a bright coat within the whole current density range with excellent leveling. Containing certain amount of softener and assistant, it can be complemented with HNBP only in the course of plating; or extra HN-trump nickel feedwater (T.C.)  upon demand.
