¡ñ¡¡Fill up
a preparatory tank to two-third of the volume with water£¬ and heat
it up to 65-70¡£C£»add NiSO4.6H2O
and NiCL2.6H2O, and mix them up until they
are completely dissolved.
¡¡¡¡Add NiCO3 or 4% NaOH and adjust the PH level to 5.2.
¡ñ¡¡Add 2.5ml/l H2O2(diluted in water) and 2.5ml/l
active carbon, and mix them up for several hours. After precipitation
for a whole night, filter the solution carefully into the working
tank. Now rinse the filter pump and then put in some active carbon.
¡ñ¡¡Add H3BO3 and adjust the PH level to 4.0 with
diluted H2SO4
¡ñ¡¡Electrolyze the solution at 0.1-0.5 A/m2 with waved
pseufdo-cathode for over 12 hours, or until the deposit in LCD is
changed from dark to beige.
¡ñ¡¡Finally, add the above additives, and get the solution ready for
use.
¡ñ¡¡Working tank£º¡¡plastic-lined steel tanks or plastic tanks
¡ñ¡¡Circulating filtration£º the solution can be filtered at
least 4 times within one hour. It can achieve a better effect if the
filtration pump is added with 0.6g/l active carbon between
each 40 working hours.¡¡¡¡
Opening agent HN-R200£ºfor new solution or
conversion
Brightener HN-R100£ºbrightening and leveling. Without it the coat
will become obscure, rough, fragile, influencing low potential
area coverage.
HN- advanced nickel additive:¡¡the
inner softener and assistant make the coat softer and improve the
distribution and coverage with a better movement. During the plating£¬
HN- advanced nickel additive and brightener HN-R100 shall
be added at 1£º1.
