Aluminum Emulational Grainy Duplication Materials

21st century is a colorful century, and there are innovations everywhere. The thermal duplication technology has been widely used in various industries and products.
The thermal duplication technology has been widely used in various industries and products. And the aluminum emulational grainy duplication has been a hotspot in aluminum surface processing in Europe. Recently, there has been a production of aluminum emulational grainy duplication materials on a certain scale in the country, which is shining spot in the aluminum decoration industry of the country.

1. Duplication Principle and Conditions:
1.1 Principle: When heat (at a certain temperature) passes by the organic coating substrate on the workpiece, the sublimation of printing ink on the duplication paper is transferred to coating substrate , and a clear and complete pattern results.
1.2 Substrate conditions: Before duplication, the substrate must be treated with powder coating or electrophoresis coating. The process is as follows:
Coating or electrophoresis of substrate — membrane-adhering — dry (190-2000C) —membrane-removing — packaging

2. Relationship of Aging-resistance and Coating Substrate
High quality color pulp, printing ink, import paper and intaglio printing are used in the making of thermal duplication paper. When the workpiece substrate is at the temperature of 190-1950C, the printing ink begins to transfer. And when the temperature is kept for 5-100min, the pattern on the thermal duplication paper will be duplicated on the workpiece.
The weather-resistance of the pattern is directly related to the coating substrate. Therefore, the powder or paint for coating substrate should meet the high quality criterion of workpiece. Tested by long time aging-resistance and continuous ultraviolet irradiation, the aluminum workpiece treated with this technology is proved to meet the related criteria.
