Defoamer for desulfurization/decarbonization
I. Introduction:
This product is refined emulsion defoamer used in the special defoaming and foam inhibition in petrochemical and tertilizer production industry with no side effect.
II. Physical properties:
Appearance----------------------Ivory flowing liquid,
Active matter content(105℃/3 hours)-----------≥30％,
Stability-------------------No delamination, Ionicity: Nonionic。
III. Using method:
Add this product directly into foaming system ro dilute before use. Pay attention to the compatibility when add the product to foaming system as foam inhibitor in advance. The dosage is 0.2-1%.
IV. Application:
Fertilizer production decarbonization and desulfurization system, refinery delayed coking system, fertilizer anti-caking agent, water-based ink, ink production, artistic candle, synthetic rubber polymer, degassing and many defoaming situations.
VI. Packing and storage:
This product is general chemical. It is nonflammable, non-corroding, thermostable and non-toxic. The package is 50kg ro 200kg plastic drum. Stored in dry and cool indoor environment and avoid long placement in high temperature or severe cold environment.
