Defoamer for leather finishing agent
I. Introduction
This series is special defoamer without organosilicon made of mineral oil, special polyether ester and dispersant, etc. It can rapidly remove the large and small foam in acrylic acid emulsion, water-based polyurethane emulsion, leather coating, leather finishing agent, styrene/ethylene propylene/acrylic/casein/polyvinyl alcohol and other polymers. It is also suitable for vinyl acetate, acrylic, carboxyl styrene butadiene, styrene and other latex coating adhesive. The advantages of it are rapid defoaming, longlasting antifoaming, good levelling, small dosage, no effect on coating even use in excess.

III. Using method:
1. Can be added in any production process without dilution.
2. In coating production, If add 70% of the dosage before grinding and add 30% after grinding will get better effect.
3. In general, add 0.1-0.7 of it can effectively eliminate and inhibit the foam.
IV. Application example
1) BYC-151 series: Features: It has excellent small foam eliminating function in viscous system with no floating oil and small dosage. Application: leather coating/leather finishing agent or water-based polymer adhesive made of acrylic emulsion, silicon acrylic emulsion, styrene acrylic emulsion or acrylic acid emulsion, hihg build acrylic acid emulsion, resin production and polymer system.
2) BYC-161 series: Features: Cavity shrinkproof type with good levelling and defoaming property. Application: Matt and light acrylic emulsion, leather finishing agent made of water-based polyurethane emulsion, water-based laminated adhesive, coated paint.
V. Packing, storage and transporation:
This product is non-toxic and non-dangerous goods. Shelf life is two years. This product will not hierarchic. For better performance, suggest to stir it evenly before using. 25kg plastic drum or 200kg drum.
