Defoamer for textile slurry/printing paste
I. Introduction
This product is an organosilicon defoamer with polymer features developed according to the production technology of high temperature textile slurry, printing pigment and coating paste. It has good defoaming and foam inhibition effect in slurry production and textile sizing. The features are small dosage, longlasting foam inhibition, acid and alkali resistance, thermal resistance and no effect on slurry quality because of breaking of emulsion or reaction with slurry.

III. Using method
It can be added into the slurry tank or diluted with water. The dosage is 0.1%-0.5%. The specific dosage denpends on the defoaming condition. Stir it evenly before use and it is better to add it before the emulsion polymerization for good defoaming effect. In textile sizing, add it after diluted with water for better dispersion and saving dosage.
IV. Packing, storage and transportation
Can be stored for over 6 months at 25℃. Prevent from direct sunlight. 25kg, 50kg plastic drum; 120kg plastic-lined iron drum.
