Defoamer for high temperature dyeing
I. Introduction
This series is specificly designed for the defoaming in textiel high temperature dyeing process. The highlighted advantage is that it can be stable in high temperature, strong acidic or strong alkaline condition without demulsification. Only a small dosage can be effective. It can reduce the required time for the process to increase production.

III. Application
This product is an excellent defoamer and foam inhibitor used in high, medium, low temperature, strong acid and alkali dyeing. The foam inhibition effect will be better in high temperature and pressure environment.
IV. Using method:
This product can be used with dosage of 0.1%-0.5% after diluted with water. Appropriate amount of defoamer can effectively prevent and eliminate the foam, but do not use too much. Stir before use and dilute the defoamer with water or thickening water. The defoamer should be added before foaming to more effectively prevent and eliminate foam.
V. Application:
Polyester fiber, high and medium temperature dyeing, high temperature overflow dyeing, jet dyeing, polyester fabric high temperature dyeing, T/C textile dyeing process water treatment, textile auxiliaries, bleaching, sizing, etc.
VI. Packing: 25kg plastic drum; 120kg plastic-lined iron drum or negotiable.
