Defoamer for papermaking white water
I. Introduction:
This defoamer is specially for papermaking. The chemical function is to eliminate the foam in white water for the recycling of white water will produce large amounts of foam. For this product has persistant foam inhibition performance, after add it for the first time, the dosage will be gradually reduced. It can rapidly eliminate the foam on water surface and can remove the small bubble absorbed on fiber in water. The advantages of it are small dosage, rapid defoaming and long lasting foam inhibition.

III. Application:
1. Eliminate surface foam contains rosin size and remove the adsorbent bubble on the fiber in water.
2. Eliminate surface foam on water contained modified starch white water system and remove the adsorbent bubble on fiber in dewatering.
3. Eliminate the foam in the system contains polyacrylamid retention aid.
4. Eliminate the surface foam on AKD emulsion white water system and adsorbent bubble on fiber in dewatering.
5. Other occasions that can not use organosilicon defoamer.
IV. Using method: Use metering pump to add into white water tank under the net. The dosage is baout 30~100g every ton of finished paper.
V. Packing and storage: As general chemical storage method. Avoid low and high temperature. If the viscosity is large in winter, it can be heated a little to improve liquidity.
