Defoamer for paper coating
I. Features
This product is made of various organic hydroxy compounds, synergist and fatty acid ether ester substances. It has strong defoaming and foam inhibition functions and no mineral hdrocarbon. The compatibility with foaming media is excellent and the performance during storage period is stable. It can rapidly and neatly eliminate large numbers of hazardous foam generated while paper coating passing pump and screen. This product will not lead to consistency change of coating. It can eliminate small foams in coating process without pinhole, spot and fisheye to ensure the quality and artistic appearance of paper.

III. Application
Paper coating paints, coating paint, calendared paper used in pictorial printing, deink washing, defoaming and degassing in paper coating polymer system, coated paper and defoaming and degassing in other polymer system or wood pulp defoaming.
IV. Specific application
Dosage is generally 0.01~0.5% of foaming medium. The best dosage should depends on specific circumstance. The foamer can be used directly or after diluted. It it can be fully stirred and dispersed in foaming system, it can be used directly without dilution.
