Defoamer for black liquor
I. Introduction
This series products are environmentally friendly defoamer produced with organic matters, fatty acid esters and compounds as main defoaming materials together with other additives. It is used in defoaming of pulp washing, black liquor, etc. and has the advantages of high speed, small dosage, lasting foaming inhibition and no adverse effect on the downstream process and so on. Besides, it can also eliminate the foam in paper pulp and sewage.

III. Using method
Add in paper pulp washing process. For the excellent self-emulsifying property of the product and in order to reduce dosage, generally use water to dilute to 3~10 times and add using metering pump. The diluted defoamer can not be stored for long time. It should be used up at once.
IV. Application;
Strong alkali black liquor, straw pulp, bleaching, alkaline pulp washing and screening, deinking pulp washing, alkaline sewage bleaching, oxidizing column effluent, pulp washing.
V. Packing and storage:
This product in environmentally friendly non-toxic product. 25kg/120kg plastic drum. Should be stored in dry and cool place.
