Operation Instructions of Polyvinyl Acetate Emulsion Series

Operation Methods:

• The water content of wood to be controlled between 8-15%,too high or too low will influence adhesive quality.
• The surface of substrate should be treated without greasy dirt,dust or other impurities.Adhesive surface must be full contacted.
• Paint emulsion evenly moderate,one-sided or double-sided.Proposal emulsion amount : 100-150g/m².
• Be solidified time can be varied from different temperature according to the actual situation.
• Press with evenly enough pressure.It should be displayed for times after removing the pressure when pressing exceed an hour.In order to achieve the best adhesive effect,process after 24 hours.72 hours later for test.

Points for Attention :

• Must be sure that the clean surface of substrate before gluing,because it will influence adhesive effect if there are greasy dirt,dust or other dirt.
• Environment temperature should be more than 10°C.Products after binding also should be kept in 10°C environment before solidification,otherwise the adhesive strength of emulsion will be descended caused by poor phragmoplast.
• According to the condition of equipment and different substrate to choose suitable emulsion.Do not seek high viscosity emulsion blindly.
• Do not add water when using emulsion.Because it will reduce the storing stability and the content of nonvolatile matter,extend solidify time,these will influence products quality for the descent adhesive strength.
• Emulsion should be stored in airtight container after using it.Prevent waste caused by surface skinned.

Storage

• These products are water based polymer emulsions,so should be stored in airtight containers.Avoid load directly in metal containers,such as iron,aluminum and copper etc.Pay attention to prevent frostbite and high temperature.
• In normal temperature 5-37°C.If the emulsions are a trifling frozen,put them in 30-40°C hothouse to be full lysised,stir evenly, then there is no affaction for use.But they can not be used continuously if the emulsions are grievous frozen for a long time,which can not be lysised,appearing pieces and gradation.

Transportation :

• These products are water based polymer emulsions,nondangerous articles,be easy to carry about and transport.
• Prevent it from being broken and leaking when loading it,avoid striking and inverting.
• Pay attention to heat preservation,avoid be forzen in winter transportation.

Applications

These products are mainly used in wood,furniture industry,architectural decoration,fabric starch,coating,cement reinforcer,nonwoven cloth,cigarette,paper,handicraft article,non-thread binding,printing,paper box,middle or low-grade paper pipe and daily works etc.

Kraft paper barrel with inner double-lined plastic bag.Net weight : 50kg,25kg,20kg,18kg/barrel.

Plastic barrel : Net weight : 15kg,10kg,5kg/barrel.

Plastic barrel : Net weight : 2.5kg,1kg,0.5kg,0.25kg/barrel.

Storage

In normal room temperature 5-37°C.The storage life is one year from the producing day.Exceed the storage life should be inspected all items according to the executive standard.Only qualified products can be used.
