LX-300 polymeric EPCC series products are softness PVC products special incrementing and reinforcing additives. It is a kind of functional and assistant new active calcium carbonate varieties. This product is produced with a variety of polymer blends and compound, using high-speed airflow grind fine technology, crosslinking preparation on the surface layer of calcium carbonate powder. Since the calcium carbonate surface will create organic polymer polymerization elastic layers after physical or physicochemical effects, thus greatly increase the dispersion and intermiscibility of calcium carbonate in organic composition materials. It has the characteristics like: smaller particle size, narrow particle distribution range, low water absorption, significant reduction of oil absorption, significantly improves the fill performance, etc. In the downstream processing of manufactured goods, it can significantly improve the dispersion performance of calcium carbonate powder in resin. At the same time, it can keep low viscosity, increase molten liquidity, improve processing performance and greatly reduce the production cost under the premise of high strength. It is mainly used as plastic seal, plastic film, soft rubber products and incremental reinforcing agent of rubber products. These series products have 1250 and 2500 two types.
