Product Properties
The pesticide microemulsion is the new dosage-form which developed for recent years, the micellar emulsion belongs to the thermodynamics stability system, has good aging stability. The microemulsion system's unique osmosis and solubilization promote the plant's absorption to the pesticides and increase the pesticide's utilization ratio. Because reduced the application of the volatile organic solvent (VOC) greatly, the pesticide production not only reduces the environmental pollution, but also reduces the production cost.
Example of Application
(1) 4.5% perchloric micellar emulsion ( initial powder production)
Initial powder perchloride firstly prepares into 30% cyclohexanone solution.
Formula£º Beta cypermethrin cyclohexanone solution: 15%

Water; 67%
Production method : First mix the water and the microemulsion emulsifier evenly, then add the perchloric cyclohexanone solution into it and mix for 20-30 minutes.
(2) 4.5% Perchloric micellar emulsion (27% benzol oil production)
Perchloric benzol oil: 16.6%
JX-0402: 18 ¡« 20%

Production method : First mix the water and the microemulsion emulsifier evenly, then add the perchloric benzol oil into it and mix for 20-30 minutes.
(3) 2% abamectin micellar emulsion£¨initial powder production£©
First, prepares the abamectin initial powder into 20% cyclohexanone solution.
