Characteristics

High whiteness and brightness, suitable for ambient-temperature dyeing.

Application

for brightenning of bleached cotton or light-colored fabrics; also used as whitener in paper and detergent.

Fastness

Light 4-5; soaping 5-6. Stable in acid and alkali.

Usage

.Exhaust dyeing method (for cotton)

rate of use: 0.1-0.2%(o.w.f)，sodium sulfate 6-10%(o.w.f)，bath ratio: 1: 20-1: 40，pH: 7-9，dyeing temperature: 20-40°C, 20-30 min; drying temperature: 70-80°C.

.Pad-dyeing method (one-bath two-pad)

Rate of use: 0.5-3g/L，nekal 0.25-0.5g/L，pH 7-9，temperature 40-45°C，speed: 30-40M/min

Note: Scouring, dechlorination and drying are required before dyeing.

.Paper whitenning

Rate of use is 0.2-0.5% for pulp.

.Sizing/whitenning

Rate of use is 1-2g/L for size. Process: bath, pad, drying, calendering

.Soaping/whitenning

Bleached or printed towel can be whitenned by VBL during soaping.

.Brightenning of white-backgroud printed cloth

Rate of use: 1-2g/L

.Brightenning of light-colored fabrics

Light-colored fabrics can be brightenned by VBL during the later stages of finishing.

.Whitener in detergent:

Rate of use: 0.1-0.5%

Packaging & Storage

Paper drum, n.w. 25kg or 50kg. Store in a cool dry place.
