Jet Mill (SLQ Type)

Jet mill takes advantage of the fluid to make particles be impacted, sheared, frictionized and compressed. When these external force are larger than allowable stress of particle itself, the matter are pulverized.

Jet mill transforms pressure into velocity energy. It can bring about very high velocity, especially the supersonic-velocity jet mill can produce double sound velocity, therefore, it is very easy to produce micrometer-grade superfine particles.

Features: stable and perfect classification flow field, special sealing measure and reliable secondary air to avoid the leakage of large particle and over-pulverization.

Impact Grinder (SLC Type)

The matter are brought into impact grinding chamber, and are pulverized because of the high-speed impact and grinding action by impact hammerhead. The pulverized matter move up with the updraft and unqualified particle fall along the cylinder wall under the action of the centrifugal force and back to grinding chamber to be pulverized again.

Features: uniform particle size, high grinding efficiency. It is applicable for many kinds of matters. If matching full classifying machine, the different requirements of particle size can be achieved.

Classifying Machine (SLF Type)

High classification precision: stable and perfect classification flow field, reliable special sealing, which bring high precision in classifying matters, narrow particle size distribution and strict control of large particle.

Wide classification range: it has strong adaptability to matters of different properties, different specific gravity, different particle shape and different particle size. Wide classification range, d50 can reach smaller than 2um.

High classification efficiency: adopt low velocity and vertical-type impeller to classify, and match strong vortex field and defecating equipment of fine powder. Low installed power, large treatment capacity, high defecation efficiency of fine power and the classification efficiency up to 95%.

Cyclone Dust Collector (SLX Type)

Cyclone dust collector is composed of cyclone cylinder, ash-collecting bucket and spiral casing(wind-collecting cap). Two kinds of combination and two kinds of wind going-out type: horizontal direction and upper direction. This kind of dust collector is of low resistance, high efficiency, large treatment capacity, stable performances, small floor area, simple structure and low price.

Pneumatic Drier (SLG Type)

Principle: the matters to be dried are directly placed into machine by feeder. Because of the action of induced draught fan, the heat air flow continuously and completely contact with matters and take advantage of the temperature difference make matters dry.

Features: the temperature of pneumatic drier can be randomly adjusted according to the temperature of matters. The drying time is very short, it takes only a few minutes from adding into matters to drying matter.
