PDS High Performance Desulfurizing Catalyst
Introduction:

PDS catalyst is a combination of cobalt phthalocyanine sulfonates. It has high efficiency in desulfurizing H2S and organic sulfides, and the sulfur it produces is of large particle size and is easy to separate. It has good chemical stability, non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, and can be stored by prolonged time. It is compatible with the currently used desulfurizing facilities, suitable for desulfurization of semi-water gas, natural gas, civil gas, LPG, etc.
Application Guide:

        1. Dissolve calculated amount of (4g/m3 x total liquid m3) PDS catalyst in appropriate quantity of diluted ammonia, bubble in to the solution semi-water gas or air for 4-6 hours until the solution turns deep black and blue sulfur foam appears.
        2. The above activated PDS solution is added into system steadily through an adjustable inlet. Usually it will take 8 hours.
        3. User shall determine the quantity of PDS catalyst to be used according to the real conditions. Generally for semi-water gas with H2S concentration of 1-3g/m3, 1.5-2g/tNH3 of PDS suffices; for H2S concentration exceeds 3g/m, elevated amount of PDS catalyst shall be used.
