TF-8505 Multi-purpose Desulfurizing Catalyst
Introduction:

TF-8505 catalyst is a compound metal phthalocyanine complexes. It is a multi-purpose catalyst for removing inorganic or organic sulfides, in gas or liquid. It is a blue or deep blue powder, freely soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol, ether and common organic solvents. Its aqueous solution is blue. It has good chemical stability, non-toxic, non-corrosive and available for prolonged storage. It is suitable for fine desulfurization of semi-water gas, natural gas, LPG etc via ammonia liquid oxidation. It is compatible to commonly used desulfurization processes and facilities.
Application Guide :

        1. Dissolve the TF-8505 catalyst in diluted ammonia (10-16tt,PH 8.5). The working temperature shall be controlled at below 60°C, preferably at 30-40°C.
        2. User shall determine the suitability of TF-8505 catalyst according to the real conditions. As a start for application, TF-8505 catalyst may be added in 40-60PPm of the total volume of liquid to be treated, eg. if the volume of liquid is 100m3,the amount of TF-8505 to be added is 400-600g. If the semi-water gas from inlet contains 1-2g/m3 of H2S, add the catalyst in the rate of 1.5g/tNH3; if the concentration of H2S is 2-3g/m3,add in the rate of 2g/tNH3; if the H2S exceeds 3g/m3,add elevated amount of catalyst according to the real condition.
Technical Specification:

        1. Bulk density: 0.6-0.9g/cm3
        2. Non-soluble in water: <2%
        3. Sieve residue (20 mesh): none
        4. Ammonia concentration: 10-6tt
        5. H2S range: 1-3g/m3
        6. Working concentration: 4-6g/m3
        7. H2S after treatment ≤0.07g/m3
        8. Air flow for regeneration: 80-120m3/m2.h
        9. Sulfur recovery rate: ≥90%
Caution:

TF-8505 catalyst is preferably to be added in a dropwise manner, as it has low working concentration and is easily lost with the sulfur foam if added in few batches.

Package: nw. 500g/bag, 3000g/drum. It shall be kept well closed and in a dry place.
