The material of corrosion resistance steel should be skim and besmirch processed before passivation. Soak the parts with toluene or xylene packed with iron conditioners which is dissolutely is solution.. and fetch the parts wearing the rubber gloves.

B:Clean with the fresh water and the put it into the conditioner. Through full soaking for 20-30 minutes, brush the part with oxide with small brush. Once the oxide can be easy brushed, the fetch the parts out. And dry it with clean white cloth. And rinse for two or three times.
C:Wash it with clean fresh water, and put it into de liquid for second times process. Fetch it out after 2-3 minutes and wash with water for another time. Then Dry it with wind.
D:After the process, the film is smooth and not easy to stain with dirt and finger print and is not easy to have corrosion.
