Application
 It is fit for dispersing dye heat dyeing craft.
Using method
1, Formulation: HSD-3500 0.5-2g/L, glacial acetic acid 0.2-0.4g/L, dye X antifoaming agent, water.
2, Preparation of dye solution: add the dispersing dye in the water of 40℃ over stirring, and then add glacial acetic acid to PH4-5, then HSD-3500, HSD-3500, antifoaming agent.
3, Dyeing: put the dye solution in dyeing machine and heat it to 50℃. Put the fabric into dyeing machine and then heat it to 130℃ and keep it for 30-60min, reducing the temperature to 80℃, use water-displacing liquid wash it .
Packing and storage
  120kg or 125kg 125kg sealing plastic drum, 12 months at ambient temperature.
