Levelling agent 1227, also named surfactant TAN, with its chemical name is Dodecyl dimeehyl denyycmmonillm chloride. It is levelling agent for acrylic fiber dyeing, and it can be used in cation dyeing printing, dyeing flower mending and make it even, and it can be used in smoothness and antistatic treatment before manufacture of acrylic fiber textile, as well as antiseptic.
Properties：
1, Well appetency for acrylic fiber, and achieve retarding effect and make the dyeing even.
2, Dissolving in water，acid proof, hard-water proof, not alkali resistant, steady below 100℃.
3, It is cation surfactant and can use with cation and nonionic surfactant, it also can create precipitate with anion.

Using method
In acrylic fiber dyeing, the leveling agent should be chosen according to dyeing depth. For the undertone fabric, add this product 2-3% (count it as the weight of fabric); when it needs to accelerate the dyeing speed, the dosage can be increased to 3-5%.
