Properties
   HSD-4800 antistatic agent has excellent antistatic property. It is fit for antistatic of synthetic fiber and wool to increase the quality and efficiency of yarns. Due to is has excellent heat stability, it will not influence dyeing in steaming and 180 ℃ thermal-setting. It can be used with anion and nonionic oils, and it can be deployed into spinning oil.

Using method and dosage
Fabrics: Dipping or Padding, the general dosage is 15-30g/L according to different working solution
Wool roving: It can be used alone or with crude oil in the methods of dipping, spraying, padding, etc. The dosage is 0.2-0.5% weight of fiber weight.
Synthetic fiber: the dosage is 0.15-0.3% weight of fiber
