4, It can reduce 2D resin by 30-50%, and reduce releasing formaldehyde by 80%, but it needs adding magnesium chloride 1.5-3g/L and citric acid 0.5-1g/L. HSD-1600A is ion molecular polymeric form organic silicon elastomer. It needs adding 10-20g in knitwear softening finishing, 20g/L in teryleneand chemical fiber treatment with lower cost compared to other softening agent.
