HSD-1806 yarn smooth softening agent is a kind of highly efficient liquid softening agent. Although it does not have silicon, it has the same characters with silicon oil, such as well smoothness, plump, soft and well softening effect to cotton and orlon with little dosage. It has extremely low yellowing character, so it is quite fit for the softening processing of light color fabric.

Dosage：cheese,cotton fabric2-5%(o.w.f)
T/C,CVC fabric2~4%(o.w.f)
Technology：40℃X20 minutes
Padding：Adding in tank directly.
Dosage：20-50g/l
Temperature：45-50℃（high temperature will reduce the effect).
Peeling：Nonionicity emulsifier 2g/L
Glacial acetic acid: 2g/L
