It is mainly used for flue gas Hg-removal , desulfuration and dust precipitation of coal-fired power plant and city incinerator stoker , and to remove and restrain air pollution brought by deleterious gas such as Hg-steam ,bichloride of mercury and sulfur dioxide etc.without second pollution , it also can be used as acid-resistant and used as “ green safety “ absorbent in environment protection engineering .
Pasty magnesium hydroxide may be widely used to city-waste and trade-waste sewage treatment , neutralization of neutral & acidic substance and removal of heavy metal ion. It can be used to aerobic and anaerobic water treatment system (waste water scope : paper-making, dyeing and printing , leather and city domestic sewage , electroplating effluent and fluorine bearing waste water ).
Pasty magnesium hydroxide has the features of high efficiency , continuity , safety & reliability , economic rationality ,none of second pollution in the process of flue gas Hg-removal and desulfuration , and its byproduct can be regained and used . Flue gas desulfuration included processes of dust precipitation and desulfuration etc. The dust precipitation efficiency is commonly 84%~99%, the desulfuration efficiency is 95%~99% and the Hg-removal efficiency is up to 88%~96% ( related to the concentration of SO42- ion ). The system pressure drop is 2 ×104 Pa .It is easy to control the operational process . |
