JA-9031 Silicone Weatherproofing Sealant

PRODUCT FEATURES:
One-part, room temperature cure, neutral, easy to apply.
Outstanding weatherproofing ability, more than ten years of service life. Virtually unaffected by ultraviolet, ozone, rain, hailstone and temperature extremes (-50 ¢ J-100 ¢ J).
Excellent adhesion to most building materials, without a need for priming.
Medium or low modulus, optimum tensile-compression restoring ability. The cured sealant maintains excellent elasticity and not become hardening or breaking up.
PRODUCT PURPOSES:
Primarily use for sealing interlocked or butted joints for the non-structural glass glazing curtainwalls.
Use for sealing the joints in aluminum, marble or granite curtainwalls.
Use for sealing the seams in concrete, brick & tiles, ceramic, plastic and mental boards.
Others.
APPLICATION:
Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrates surfaces completely clean and dry.
For better appearance, cover joint areas with masking tape before application.
Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.
Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking taps before sealant skins.
LIMITATIONS:
Don't use as structural sealant.
Don't use to joints which is hidden in earth or immersed in water for lone time.
Don't use to greasy surfaces of building materials.

Packed inm standard PE cartridge with a volume of 310ml.
