JA-606 607 608 Silicone Glass Sealant

INRODUCTION:

The products, with excellent properties, are one-part acetic silicone sealant. It's properties are better than others' in China because of adopting advanced technology and high grade raw materials.

PURPOSES :

They are widely used in industry, building, automotive, packaging, business, advertisement, and family decoration. They are mainly used in joints adhesion and seal among the glass, ceramics, aluminum alloys, plastics, woods and papers.

FEATURES:

• One-part, acetic, room temperature cure, easy to apply.

• Excellent contact-chang ability, no seasonal limited use.

• Excellent adhesion to most building materials.

• Outstanding weatherproofing ability, with service life of tens of years.

• Medium or low modulus, excellent tensile and compression restoring ability.

APPLICATION:

1. Clean with solvents such as toluene oracetone to keepthe substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.

2. Cover outside of joint areas with masking tape before application.

3. Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.

4. Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

LIMITATION:

• Don't use to the joints which is hidden in earth for long time.

• Don't use in areas wihere has no moisture.

• Don't use in places where have permeated grease, plasticixer or solvent such as wood permeated oil, uncured or half-cured resins, etc.

• The surfaces coated with paint are unsuitable for sealant.

• The products have poor adhesion to concrete, marble, mirror-glass, Zn-plated materials because of corrasion produced by acetic sealant. In this case, please select neutral silicone sealant.
