JA-9088 Neutral Stonesilicone Sealant

FEATURES:

• Excellent contact-change and extrusion ability, easy to extrude at any temperature (-40 ¢ J -100 ¢ J).

• Neutral cure, no corrosive to stone and concrete. Overcome the defect of acetic sealant (common glass sealant) which corrode materials.

PURPOSES:

• Use to joints sealing in dry-hang for marble, granite curtainwall and precasting cement engineering.

• Use for concrete construction and expansion joint sealing in highway engineering.

• Fix up sanitary equipments, adhesion and joint seal for ceramics engineering.

• Use to automotive, ship, packaging, advertisement and family decoration.

APPLICATION:

• Clean with solvents such as toluene to keep the substrate surfaces completely clean and dry.

• For better appearance, cover outside of joint areas with masking taps before application.

• Cut nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.

• Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

LIMITATION:

• Do not use as structural sealant.

• Do not use to joints which is hidden in earth or immersed in water for long time.

• Do not use to greasy surfaces of building materials.

• Packed in 300ml plastic cartridges.
