Description:  This product is obtained by addition of gum rosin and unsaturated acids and then partly esterification with polyalcohols. It is a transparent solid in irregular flake form.  
Properties: This product is characterized by solubility in alcohols, fast drying rate and high gloss. It can be used in water soluble paints through the following processing. First dissolve it in alcohols, then add amines to neutralize the solution until its pH becomes 7.  Subsequently add water to dilute the solution. This solution is water soluble and has the properties of water solubility, good tint and gloss, wearproof, fast drying rate, powder fall out resistance and great adhesion.
Application:  It is widely used in alcohol soluble intaglio printing inks, brush polish inks and water soluble inks.
