8505-1 Non-poisonous Compound Liquid Stabilizer

1. Introduction

    8505-1 stabilizer was developed in cooperation with Institute of Chemical Engineering(Beijing). It is different from other commonly used Ca/Zn stabilizer. When formulated for hard PVC products, it can replace organic tin which is very expensive.

    8505-1 has good compatibility with 8601 phosphite ester and epoxydized soy oil that we provide. They produce synergistic effect when combined, which brings good thermal stability, transparency and coloring ability to the plastic products. 8505-1 has been well received by the customers. As determined by the Sanitary and Anti-epidemic Station of Jiangsu province, it is non-poisonous.

Chemical composition and specification

1. Chemical composition:Calcium naphthenate, phenyl zinc, 8601 non-poisonous phosphite ester, epoxidized soybean oil, antioxidant and solvent etc.

2. Specification:(Conform to Q/321181 ZCH002-2001)

3. Recommended usage:1.5-4 parts

3. Application

  In manufacture of PVC products, food package, plastic tubes, medical plastic devices, metal paints, etc.

4. Package

  200/L Iron barrel, n.w. 180kg.
