Non-poisonous Ca/Zn Compound Liquid Stabilizer
1. Chemical composition
Calcium naphthenate, phenyl zinc,
formulated with phosphite, plasticizer, antioxidants.
2. Featured
properties
It is an ideal non-poisonous plastic stabilizer suitable for
food package, medical adevices, toy, tube, etc. It has good
transparency, and weather and heat resistance compared with
Ca/Zn stearate. It is compatible with resins, and acts as lubricant
to some extent. Addition of some epoxydized soybean oil and/or
phosphite can improve thermal stability. It is a good substitute
of organic tin.
