Ba-Cd-Zn Compound Liquid Stabilizer

1. Chemical composition

     Barium naphthenate, phenyl zinc/cadmium, formulated with antioxidants, plasticizer and anti-aging agents.

2. Featured properties:

New liquid type PVC stabilizer. It can prevent thermal degradation during process and improve the weather resistance of the products. It has following advantages:
(1) Easy to use.
(2) Dust free.
(3) High transparency.

  This products is mainly used in producing PVC artificial leather, all kinds of colorful film, transparent film, packaging film, agricultural film and all kinds of soft and hard transparent products.

(1)For soft products(soft plastic film, membrane, plastic shoes)
    BCZ(1-2) Ba/Cd stearate(0.5-1) phosphite(0.4-0.6)

(2)For hard products(hard plastic sheet)
    BCZ (1-1.5) phosphite(0.3-0.5) organic tin stablizer(0.5-1)

(3)For soft products(synthetic leather)
    PVC(type III)100 DOP(50-60) epoxydized soy oil(4) BCZ(2-3)
    NST(0.5) CaCO3 (20)

(4)For soft products(film) BCZ(2-3) stearic acid(0.4-0.6)
