DMP¡ªPRESERVATIVE AGENT FOR MEAT SHRIMP

Using method: The ratio of water to the preservative agent for meat shrimp is 2.5%-3%, the water temperature is 0-5¡æ£¬about 1%-2% salts can be added into the liquor as needed. Put the meat shrimp into the solution, stirring equally and soaking for 4-12 hours with the water temperature of 0-5¡æ, then fish out the meat shrimp after that, keep them under a freezing condition.
