The product can be combined with the non-polar group of the seafood and can adjust the PH value of the seafood, thus the seafood can hold water and keep fresh. The product can decompose the colorful substance of seafood to colorless substance, then discolor and whitener the seafood.
Meanwhile, the product also has functions in antisepsising, disinfection and it can cut down the animalcule guideline in the seafood.

Operation method:

Pretreatment:
¡¡1£© Put the 1# product 0.6-1kg into 100kg water, the temperature is 0-10¡æ£¬stir to make it fully dissolved, put the peeled squid£¬Soaked them for 2-3 hours£¬stir once every 20 minutes£¬and then remove the squid washed£¨If haven¡¯t been cleaned it will produce cross striations£©£»
¡¡2£© Put the 2 # product 0.6-1kgshould be mixed with the product 3# 0.3¡ª0.5Kg, at the same time by adding ice water in 100Kg, then remove the squid and soak them in the solution for 2-3 hours.

Preservation deal
¡¡Add 0.5Kg preservative agents into 100Kg 0-10 ¡æ water, mixing uniformity£¬then wash the squid which been pretreatment with clean water(If the squid haven¡¯t been cleaned will have a small number of cross striations) then add into the solution, soak for 1 hour, after that remove the squid and wash it fully.

Post-treatment
¡¡To prepare 0-5 ¡æ salt water solution£¨Salt concentration of 1%£©£¬get ready of the processed squid which been treatment, after the preservation of processed squid, soak the squid into the solution for later using.£¨This operation can remove the cross striations£¬further improve the product color and taste£©.
