DMP¡ªPRESERVATIVE AGENT (¢ò) FOR PEELED SQUID

The product can be combined with the non-polar group of the seafood and can adjust the PH value of the seafood, thus the seafood can hold water and keep fresh. The product can decompose the colorful substance of seafood to colorless substance, then discolor and whitener the seafood. Meanwhile the product also has functions in antisepsis, disinfection and it can cut down the animalcule guideline in the seafood.

Using method: To put 2.5-3Kg of solid preservative for peeled squid¢ò and 0.5-0.8Kg of liquid preservative for peeled squid¢ò into water, and add 1.2% of salt, control the temperature range under 0¡æ~5¡æ, ( Can be properly adding 1% of salt) Fully stirring so that it can be completely dissolved£¬put the 80Kg peeled squid into the solution and soak for 12-24 hours, stir it every other 30 minutes.

Keep points: Well dissolved, soak completely, mix timely.

Attention:

To ensure that fish was completely submerged and leave room for the solution£¬too much or too tight squeeze of raw materials will affect the weight gain effect.

Stir from time to time during the immersion£¬mixing will also affect the adequacy of weight gain.
