Specification

Uses: fluorescence Brightener DT is used in polyester , polyamide fibre , cellulose acetate or chemical fiber, cotton , wool blend fabric or used in used in such condition, bleaching is not working（include sodium chlorite ）

Performance : Immersed dyeing Dosage is 1-2%（Wt. ）, rolling Dosage is 25-35g/L . its brightness is following the increase of temperature. after rolling , the textile should be baked in HT first

Application :

（1）Pre-treatment : abstergent Ju.

ratio: 1:100

in 70-80℃, Treated for 10min. , washing it and squeeze it to dry

Rolling method: Mixed fluorescence Brightener DT about 5-25/L and and penetrant JFC about 1-2g/L , rolling Temperature about 30, dry it in 100 degree C, Baking . （ Baking Temperature is 140-170 Time is 1-5min. ）

（2） Immersed dyeing : polyester fabrics: 1-2%（Wt. ）Treatment condition: Bathing ratio: 1:100, PH : 5-6 Temperature ； , 30min. to 130℃, keep this for 1 hour, washing it and squeeze it to dry

（3）Finishing Treatment : reductive washing

sodium hydrosulfite （85%）: 2g/l

sodium hydroxide（30%）: 305ml/l Bathing ratio: 1:80

Temperature is 70℃, Treatment 15min. , washing it and squeeze it to dry, baking it in 100℃

（4）Heat rollingmethod: used in polyester

Bathing prescription: Brightener DT: 10g/l

antimigrant W: 14g/l

（ or sodium alginate ）

penetrant JFC: 3g/l

Bathing ratio: 1:30

Method : 2 immerse 2 roll

immerse for 1min. , rolling it, （the chlorine is 65-70% is ） , Pre-baking it in 90-100℃ , baking it in 190-210℃ , Time is 90s. washing it and squeeze it to dry

Packing : 25kg plastic drum

Storage and transportation : load and unload gently, do not upside down, in cool dry and airiness place, valid period is half year
