Soft smoothing agent T is one kind of fulling softener for wool / acrylics , wool / cotton , it offer textile excellent soft , smooth , loos and very good static capacity, its effects can reach the effects of to wool and silk light

Uses

used in immersed bathing method

Formulation for immerse Method

Dosage : 4% to 8%（O.W.F）

Bathing ratio: 1:5 to 1:20

Treatment Temperature : 45℃±2℃

Treatment Time : 25min to 40 min

Application （referenced only）

• In 45 degree C of water, add 2 to 3%（O.W.F） of abstergent , washing, the wasing time is determined by textile loosen degree and fluff degree.
• after inising , add 4 to 8% of Soft smoothing agent T （O.W.F）, Treatred for 25min. to 40min. , the temperature shoule be less than 45℃. After that, washing and baking to dry

Cautions

• sealed, in cool place, no mixed with anino auxiliary agent
• the residual alkali and unstable PH may have bad affect to the finishing treatment, therefore the fabics have to be washed completely before this additive is used
• Do not pour the softener on the surface of textile directly,
• If bed, just shake it before use
