Use:
Suitable for polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethoxylate; silk; PE film. As bitumen emulsifier; leveling agent for acrylic fibre dyed by cationic dyes.
Recommended rate of use:
- Antistatic treatment for synthetic fibre
Rate of use is generally 0.2~0.5% (o.w.f). 0.2% is sufficient to reduce static voltage from 600V to about 20V.
- Antistatic treatment for silk
Rate of use is generally 0.75~1g/l.
- Antistatic treatment for polyester
Rate of use is generally 0.5~2% (o.w.f). 0.2% is sufficient to reduce static voltage from 1200V to about 20V for plyester tape.
Formulation: bitumen 550Kg, water 450Kg, SN 1-2Kg. Pre-dissolve SN in near boiling (80-90℃) water, mix it with bitumen and water, heat to 130-150℃ and stir well.
Packaging:
Plastic barrel, net weight 50Kg.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry, ventilated place. Shelf life: one year.
