Dye Fixing Agent Y

Main ingredient:

waterborne cyanoguanidine formaldehyde resin

Properties:

Appearance: clear colorless viscous liquid

Solubility: Very soluble in cold water. 5% aq. solution is clear at 20℃; one part of the product dissolves well in 5 parts of water to give clear solution at 50℃.

Ionicity: cationic

Chemical compatibility: compatible with non-ionic and cationic surfactants; cationic resin; anionic dyes, etc.

Incompatibilities: hard water, strong acid, strong base, tannin, sulfate, hypochlorite, formaldehyde sodium sulfoxylate

Metal ion tolerability: Fe and Cu ions will influence dyeing shade. Glass or ceramic containers are preferred.

Use:

for fabrics treated with direct or acidic dyes. The product allows improved fastness to soaping, washing, perspiration and rubbing.

The product can not be used in combination with sulfur black or in resin setting.

Packaging:

Plastic barrel, net weight 50Kg.

Storage:

Store in a cool, ventilated place. Shelf life: one year.
