Uvitex BAC

( Brightener BAC)

 

  Uses: improve the whiteness of Acrylics and modified Acrylics and Diacetic ester fiber it can be used in Drink up method and padding method .

Characteristics: bright white with blue purple light , good fastness. very good at ascend capacity and leveling capacity , can wotk with other cation agent

Properties: Chemical structure , benzimidazole derivatives

Storage Stability : one year at least, the temp. should not less than 0℃

Application :

Acrylics: Drink up method , usae acidic solution( sodium chlorite is optional ) and oxygen bleaching solution .

Continuous method , padding steam , acidic dyeing and pad-roll method .

Diacetic ester : Drink up method , use weak acidic solution , sodium chlorite is optional or use oxydol .

Dilution : can bathing with cold or hot weak acidic luqid , avoid light.

Dosage Acrylics:

Drink up method 0.25-1.5%
padding method , expression 70-90% 5-15g/l

Uvitex BAC can work with acidic solution ( sodium chlorite is optional), best condition is PH3-4 and and boling point

In good recycling condition, leveling capacity of Uvitex BAC is very good therefore it can be used in high temperature

1-2 g/l sodium chlorite 80%
0.8-2.4 g/l Puffersalx PK2
1-3 g/l sodium nitrate
0.5-1 g/l Irgasol NA
2 % Sapamine OC
PH   3.5-4(as formic acid)
Ratio   10:1-40:1
Textile feeding   40-8
Temperature   aboiut 30min.
Treatment   95-98℃ for 30-40min.

Uvitex BAC can work with acidic bleaching and reductive bleaching

In acidic liquid

0.25-1.5 % Uvitex BAC
0.5-1 ml/l Irgasol NA
2 % Sapamine OC

method just like chlorite bleaching .

For Courtelle modified Acrylics

0.25-1.5 % Uvitex BAC
0.5-1 ml/l Irgasol NA
2 % Sapamine OC
0.25-1 g/l sodium
0.25-0.5 g/l Calgon T
PH   3-4(such as formic acid or oxalic acid )

method just like chlorite bleaching .
