Ingredients : amino modified silicone elastomer

Uses :

HP-30C serial amino serial amino silicone emulsion can be used in cotton , wool , silk , hemp , polyester , polyester , Acrylics及 blend fabric and organic fabrics

Application and dosage :

, Drink up method （overflow , spray , immerse etc. ）

1．for thin fabrics of cotton , hemp , viscose , silk , polyamide and blend fabric

Dosage of HP-30C serial amino silicone emulsion : 1-3% O.W.F
Bathing ratio: 1:10-15
PH (adjusted by acetic acid) : 5-6
Temperature : 30-40℃
Time : 20min. （ good recycling condition ）

2． for , Acrylic and its blending

Dosage of HP-30C serial amino silicone emulsion: 5-6% O.W.F
Bathing ratio: 1:10-15
PH (adjusted by acetic acid) : 5-6
Temperature : 30-40℃
Time : 30min. （ good recycling condition ）

3．padding method :

Dosage of HP-30C serial amino silicone emulsion : 10-30h/l
Liquid percent : 70-80%
Rolling method : one immerse one roll or 2 immerse 2 roll
Pre-baking Temperature : 90-100℃
Baking Temperature : 110-130℃（ silk , wool , polyamide and blend fabric ）
  130-180℃（ cotton , hemp , viscose , polyester and blend fabric ）
Baking Time : 0.5-1.5min.
